Melissa was born in Buffalo, New York and moved to the Pacific Northwest with her husband, Charles, over 20 years ago. Both Melissa and her husband are graduates of The Culinary Institute of America, in Hyde park, New York. Melissa’s career started in the food and beverage industry, where most noticeably she was Pastry Chef for the Sorrento Hotel, Salish Lodge, and Willows Lodge, owner of a neighborhood bakery, and Director of Catering for Compass Group at Microsoft. After leaving the kitchen, she moved into Project Management, earning her PMP in 2016. Melissa is a born organizer, with strong attention to detail, and an innate ability to find and implement creative solutions for any situation, qualities that deliver peace of mind to our clients.
When Melissa is not busy organizing, sewing, or knitting, you can find her sitting on the back deck of her home in Bellingham playing with her cats.
