Natalie is a Fiduciary Assistant with a strong background in people-centered work, bringing a diverse skill set shaped by years of experience in elder care and project management. She earned her degree in Communication Studies from Oregon State University, and most recently worked as a Life Enrichment Director in assisted living. Her experience in elder care has fostered empathy, patience, and a commitment to providing thoughtful, individualized support.
Outside of work, Natalie enjoys baking (especially sourdough!), reading, and traveling. She also serves as Dog Mom to the Team Mascot, Carlton.
