Sarah Pappas holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from Washington State University and Central Washington University, and a Master’s Degree in Teaching from Grand Canyon University. Sarah achieved the ABA Certificate in Trust Administration. She began her career in education as a teacher in Seattle, where she developed a strong foundation in both classroom instruction and student engagement.
Sarah has also served as a program director at an independent school in Seattle, where she led curriculum development and staff training. Her professional background includes experience in project management for a Microsoft vendor, where she contributed to cross-functional initiatives and operational efficiency.
Now residing in the Snohomish area with her husband John, a fellow educator, Sarah is deeply rooted in family life. She is the proud mother of four and a grandmother. With a background in athletics, she enjoys coaching and supporting her children’s involvement in sports and extracurricular activities. Outside of work, she values quality time with family and enjoys outdoor activities—especially those involving water, including boating, wakeboarding, swimming, and the occasional cliff jump.
Sarah brings warmth, energy, and a strong sense of community to both her professional and personal life.
