She holds a degree in Social Work with a minor in English from the University of Washington and earned her Master’s in Administration from the University of Notre Dame.
With experience spanning Fortune 50 corporations as well as early-stage startups, Therese brings a unique blend of strategic insight and operational expertise to every engagement. She is known for her ability to drive growth, support team development, and deliver results in dynamic environments.
Outside of work, Therese enjoys spending time with her family, nurturing her garden, and honing her pickleball skills.
